Demonstrating his love for the progressive house and melodic techno hybrid, Dave Neven dons his OCATA cloak once again for a special double release on Coldharbour Recordings, in the form of Somewhere and Welcome to the Awakening. A championed member of the label for almost a decade, the OCATA terrain sparkled Markus Schulz’s all-vocal In Bloom presentation in the spring, thanks to the collaborative The One Inside with Little Warrior. Each track in the pack offers alternate approaches; Somewhere with a more pensive touch, while Welcome to the Awakening dials up the bassline momentum. Both with the signature OCATA quality one has come to expect.
